Conference - 24th ICSPR (International Conference on Sexual Plant Reproduction)
March 18-23, 2016, at Tucson, Arizona (USA)
ICSPR conferences are organized every two years by the IASPRR society. After very successful meetings in Melbourne in 2012 and Porto in 2014, the conference will take place in 2016 in Tucson, south of the Sonoran Desert containing some unique plants and animals such as the the Saguaro (Carnegiea gigantea) and Organ Pipe cactus (Stenocereus thurberi).
The meeting aims to bring together labs of all areas in plant reproduction research and include topics from flowering towards seed and fruit development. The meeting will encompass aspects of reproductive cell biology, biochemistry, developmental genetics and biotechnology to provide in-depth coverage of this intricate feat of nature.
The 24th IASPRR conference (Plant Reproduction 2016) will will be organized as a joint meeting with Frontiers in Sexual Plant Reproduction IV.
